When booking, a deposit must be paid in order to secure the reservation. R500 per guest at lunch and R1000 per guest at dinner, which will be deducted from your final bill.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION: The deposit will be refunded in part or in full, if changes or cancellations are made prior to 48hrs before the reservation. The deposit will be forfeited, in part or in full, in case of changes or cancellation within 48hrs of the reservation or a No Show. Should the total number guests reserved not arrive, the deposit for the No Show guests will be forfeited.
FYN allows a grace period of 15 minutes, to be seated before or after your booking time. Late arrival will incur a waiting period until we are ready to seat you and serve your table.
Due FYN's intimate setting, we request that mobile phones be set to silent mode. Flash photography is not allowed. We welcome children from age 13. FYN prioritises guest comfort, with a smart casual dress code.
